The case of Norwegian Air

In 2014, Splash (which has since become a part of Jellyfish) was invited to pitch for Norwegian Air.

The objective was to create a more efficient creative process than the current, which had creative production spread across eight different creative agencies.

The Norwegian client was frustrated by the expensive process of creating new campaigns, and the inefficiency of those not being communicated correctly to their in-market teams. This lack of process lead to a lack of visibility across their international advertising efforts and an increased workload for their local marketing teams who were spending time duplicating content already made for other locales.

Splash presented a customized solution based on the Encodify platorm, and what started as a pitch suddenly transformed into a workshop. Splash worked with the central marketing team at Norwegian Air to understand their existing processes, requirements, and technology infrastructures. They then built, tested, and rolled out phase one of the final solution over six weeks, training 20 marketeers across 10 countries in just four days.
