As Engagement Manager, you will play an important role in our relationship with our customers, owning the full value delivery from platform adoption, to configuration of new use cases and to expansion. Success in this role will be demonstrated by improved customer retention and satisfaction while growing new business opportunities with existing customers.
Encodify is a global SaaS technology company at the forefront of the Marketing Work Management (MWM) field. Since 2001, we have pioneered MarTech solutions that streamline collaboration across the entire marketing value chain. The Engagement Manager is an outgoing key role in our team that loves servicing our customers and communicating to internal stakeholders. Accountability is in your DNA and you are used to working with a high energy level, joggling many different tasks at once and with an eye for detail.
